Delivery and Payment

We dispatch orders via the courier companies Balíkovna/Česká pošta, PPL or Zásilkovna.

You will be notified by email once your order has been processed and the parcel handed over to the selected courier.

Orders received and processed by 10 am are usually handed over for dispatch on the same day. Orders received or processed later may be handed over for dispatch on the following working day.

Delivery is FREE for orders over 2,500 Kč.

The prices shown include VAT.

PPL – delivery to your address

Your parcel will be delivered to your door (to the address specified in the order) no later than the next working day after dispatch.
Goods are delivered on working days between 9.00 and 18.00; unfortunately, it is not possible to specify an exact delivery time.
The PPL courier will contact you before delivering the parcel.
If the courier is unable to contact you, your parcel will be held at the nearest collection point.
On the day the parcel is handed over to the courier, you can change the delivery address via the website www.ppl.cz.
Goods sent on a cash-on-delivery basis can be paid for in cash, by payment card, or in advance ONLINE by payment card.
Orders received and processed by 10.00 am are usually handed over for dispatch on the same day. Orders received or processed later may be handed over for dispatch on the following working day.

If you pay for your order in advance by credit/debit card or bank transfer, the delivery charge is 120 Kč.
If you choose to pay on delivery, i.e. when you collect your order from the courier, the price is increased by a cash-on-delivery charge of 40 Kč.

PPL – delivery to ALZA collection points and collection boxes

Delivery of the parcel to your chosen collection point or ALZA collection box on the next working day after dispatch.
Goods are delivered on working days between 9.00 and 18.00; unfortunately, it is not possible to specify an exact delivery time.
If the collection point or box has no available capacity, the parcel will be redirected to an alternative collection point or box.
On the day the parcel is accepted for delivery, you can change the collection point via the website www.ppl.cz.
Cash on delivery can be paid according to the options available at the collection point. This can be done in cash, by payment card, or in advance ONLINE by payment card. For ALZA collection boxes, cash on delivery can only be paid in advance ONLINE.
Orders received and processed by 10.00 am are usually handed over for delivery on the same day. Orders received or processed later may be handed over for delivery on the following working day.

If you pay for your order in advance by credit/debit card or bank transfer, the delivery charge is 70 Kč.
If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, i.e. when collecting your order, the price is increased by the cash-on-delivery fee of 40 Kč.

PPL – delivery to collection boxes

The parcel will be delivered to your chosen PPL collection box on the next working day after dispatch.
Goods are delivered on working days between 9.00 and 18.00; unfortunately, it is not possible to specify an exact delivery time.
If the collection box is full, the parcel will be redirected to an alternative collection box or collection point.
On the day the parcel is accepted for delivery, you can change the collection point via the website www.ppl.cz.
Cash on delivery is not available for this delivery method. You can pay for your order in advance ONLINE by credit/debit card or bank transfer.
Orders received and processed by 10.00 am are usually handed over for delivery on the same day. Orders received or processed later may be handed over for delivery on the following working day.

If you pay for your order in advance by credit/debit card or bank transfer, the delivery charge is 60 Kč.
Cash on delivery is not available for this delivery method. You can pay for your order in advance ONLINE by credit/debit card or bank transfer.

Zásilkovna – delivery to your address

Parcel delivery to your address.
Zásilkovna will notify you by email once your parcel has been accepted for delivery, providing the parcel number and a link to track it.
If the courier is unable to contact you, your parcel will be held at the nearest collection point or Z-box.
More than 10,000 collection points and more than 6,000 Z-boxes across the Czech Republic.
As soon as your parcel is ready for collection, you will be notified by email and text message.
Goods sent on a cash-on-delivery basis can be paid for in cash, by payment card, or in advance ONLINE by payment card.
Orders received and processed by 10.00 am are usually handed over for dispatch on the same day. Orders received or processed later may be handed over for dispatch on the following working day.

If you pay for your order in advance by credit/debit card or bank transfer, the delivery charge is 125 Kč.
If you choose to pay on delivery, i.e. when you collect your order from the courier, the price is increased by a cash-on-delivery charge of 40 Kč.

Zásilkovna – collection from collection points and Z-boxes

Delivery of parcels to a selected collection point.
More than 10,000 collection points and more than 6,000 Z-box collection points across the Czech Republic.
Zásilkovna will notify you by email once your parcel has been accepted for delivery, providing the parcel number and a link to track it.
The parcel will be held at the collection point or in a self-service Z-BOX collection point from the day of posting.
You will be notified by email and text message as soon as the parcel is ready for collection.
Cash on delivery can be paid according to the options available at the collection point. This can be done in cash, by payment card, or in advance ONLINE by payment card. For collection boxes, cash on delivery can only be paid in advance ONLINE by payment card.

Balíkovna / Czech Post – collection from collection points and collection boxes

Parcels are made available the next working day after posting.
Notification of parcel arrival – Česká pošta informs the recipient of the delivery status of the parcel via a short text message (SMS) or email. For your convenience and to provide a quicker overview of your parcel’s delivery progress, we prefer to send notifications via text message. For this service to work, you must provide a valid mobile number for the recipient when placing your order.
The parcel is held at a collection point or post office for 7 days. In collection lockers, the parcel is held for 2 days.
Cash on delivery can be paid according to the options available at the collection point. This can be done in cash, by payment card, or in advance ONLINE by payment card. For collection boxes, cash on delivery can only be paid in advance ONLINE by payment card.
Orders received and processed by 10.00 am are usually handed over for dispatch on the same day. Orders received or processed later may be handed over for dispatch on the following working day.

If you pay for your order in advance by credit/debit card or bank transfer, the delivery charge is 65 Kč.
If you choose to pay on delivery, i.e. when collecting your order, a cash-on-delivery fee of 40 Kč will be added to the total.

Balíkovna / Czech Post – delivery to your address

Your parcel will be delivered to your home (to the address specified in the order) on the next working day after dispatch.
Parcels are delivered on working days during the standard delivery times offered by Česká pošta in the relevant area.
You will be notified of the progress of your parcel delivery via a text message (SMS). For this service to work correctly, you must provide a valid mobile number for the recipient when placing your order.
If the recipient is not at home, the parcel will be held at the nearest collection point or parcel locker.
Cash on delivery can be paid in cash or by card to the driver.
Orders received and processed by 10.00 am are usually handed over for delivery on the same day. Orders received or processed later may be handed over for delivery on the following working day.

If you pay for your order in advance by credit/debit card or bank transfer, the delivery charge is 85 Kč.
If you choose cash on delivery, i.e. payment upon collection of the order from the courier, a cash on delivery fee of 40 Kč is added to the price.

Payment

Orders can be paid for on delivery or when collected (cash on delivery).

When collecting from the courier, you can pay by VISA or MASTERCARD or in cash.
When collecting your parcel from a collection point, you can pay for your order according to the options available at that collection point. In most cases, you can pay by VISA or MASTERCARD or in cash. Some collection points only accept cash or payment cards.
Orders sent to collection boxes can usually only be paid for in advance online by credit card.
Orders sent on a cash-on-delivery basis can also be paid for in advance online by credit card via a payment link sent by email by the courier company upon acceptance of the order.

Orders can be paid for in advance before the order is dispatched.
