Composition: granulated galactomannan guar fiber from the Cyamopsis čtyřločný plant.
Recommended dosage and method of use: 3 times a day, mix a teaspoon (2.5 g) in 200 ml of water and drink immediately during meals. The powder can be mixed into a suitable dish.
The daily dose contains 7.5 g of powder (6 g of fiber).
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
