Instructions for using the Guareta® shaker
Use the measuring cup on the shaker to measure 200 ml of low-fat cold milk when preparing Guareta® puddings and Dietline® cocktails. In the case of Guareta® Morning Start creams, use water.
Pour the contents of the bag and carefully close the shaker.
Immediately shake the contents of the shaker vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Pour the mixed food into a prepared bowl or deep plate.
The food is ready to eat immediately, or you can store it in the refrigerator for a few minutes.

Try adding 2 teaspoons of Guareta® SlimLinea fiber powder to the pudding powder and let it stand for 15 minutes. The pudding will change its structure, which may suit your taste even better.
It is more suitable for gradual eating.
Warning: Only wash the Guareta® shaker by hand.
