Glucomannan with high viscosity reduces the glycemic index of the food consumed. It slows down the absorption of carbohydrates and fats and the reabsorption of bile acids, which are subsequently used to form cholesterol. If glucomannan is sufficiently hydrated, which is facilitated in particular by soluble tablets, the volume of individual particles increases extremely and the feeling of satiety occurs more quickly. We can thus reduce unwanted calorie intake to a certain extent every day and thus better control our weight. The fiber glucomannan is also a prebiotic.

One tablet contains 1 g of glucomannan.

Composition

Glucomannan, cellulose, oligofructose, corn starch, maltitol, sucrose ester, gum arabic.

Recommended dosage

1-3 tablets per day. Place the tablet in a suitable glass and pour 200 ml of water. Once the tablet has disintegrated, stir the drink and drink immediately during the main meal. Drink another glass of water. If the drink is prepared correctly, the presence of fiber is not felt. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

When on a weight loss diet, take the dissolved tablet 30 minutes before a meal.

Glucomannan may not be suitable for people who have difficulty swallowing due to the possibility of choking. Drink another glass of water to ensure safe passage into the stomach and at the same time achieve optimal hydration of the fiber.

The dietary supplement is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet, which is important together with a healthy lifestyle.

Store in a dry and cool place out of the reach of children.
