The Guareta® dietary supplement capsules are intended primarily for dietary regimes to reduce and control body weight.

Glucomannan

As part of a low-energy diet, it contributes to weight loss

Contributes to maintaining normal cholesterol levels

Ingredients: Glucomannan, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified water, carrageenan, glycerin).

Dosage: 3 x 2 capsules per day. Take before the main meal.

To maintain normal cholesterol levels, take 4 x 2 capsules per day.

Drink at least 200 ml of water.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

One capsule contains 500 mg of glucomannan.

The product is not suitable for people with swallowing difficulties.

Not intended for children.

It is not a substitute for a varied diet, which is important together with a healthy lifestyle.
