Ingredients: Water, modified corn starch, glucomannan, calcium carbonate from eggshells, calcium hydroxide.

They can replace a regular side dish, or be part of cold and hot dishes, thus reducing their energy density. They are great for culinary technology lovers who like to experiment.

Instructions: Rinse the noodles briefly with water. They are then ready for immediate consumption. To prepare hot dishes, boil them for two minutes, or heat them in water in the microwave at maximum power for 2-3 minutes.
