Ingredients: Corn starch, polydextrose, glucomannan, honey powder, trehalose, calcium gluconate, spices.
Purpose: Cooked fiber brown rice with glucomannan is practically calorie-free. We can use it as a side dish, or mix it into yogurt, cottage cheese, or salad.
The combination of brown rice and rice is excellent. Brown rice not only reduces the energy density of dishes, but can also improve the shelf life, texture, and taste of many rice dishes.
Method of preparation 1 serving
Pour the contents of the brown rice bag into a 500 ml bowl and add 200 ml of water. Heat for 5 minutes in the microwave at maximum power.
Then cover the bowl with a lid and let the brown rice stand for 10 minutes to reach its maximum volume.
