ORDER CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT


The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods or the last part of the delivery, regardless of the method of receipt of the goods or payment. The specified period is intended to allow the buyer to become reasonably familiar with the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

The buyer is also entitled to withdraw from the contract at any time before delivery of the goods.

The buyer shall send or hand over the withdrawal from the contract to the seller within 14 days. The buyer does not have to state the reason for withdrawing from the contract. To facilitate communication, it is appropriate to state the date of purchase or the number of the contract/sales document, bank details and the chosen method of returning the goods in the withdrawal.

The seller is obliged to refund the buyer an amount fully corresponding to the price of the goods and the paid costs for their delivery within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract, in the same way as he accepted the payment from the buyer. If the seller offers several options within a certain method of delivery of the goods, he is obliged to replace the cheapest of them with the buyer. The buyer is obliged to send or hand over the purchased goods to the seller no later than within the same period. The goods should be returned to the seller (not cash on delivery) complete, in the original packaging, and must not show signs of wear or damage.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

If the returned goods are damaged due to a breach of the buyer's obligations, or the goods are incomplete - part of them has been consumed, the seller is entitled to claim compensation for the decrease in the value of the goods against the buyer and offset it against the refunded amount.

COMPLAINT HANDLING

A complaint must be reported as soon as possible, by phone or e-mail to a Dr. Staněk employee. Tell him what the complaint is about. Please send the goods in question to us in their original packaging, as a package, not cash on delivery! Always enclose a copy of the sales receipt. We will handle a legitimate complaint by exchanging the goods. The statutory period for handling complaints is 30 days, and we try to shorten this period to a minimum. After handling the complaint, we will deliver the goods to you in the same way as in the case of the original shipment. In the event of a claim for a refund, we will contact you.
