Discount coupons

Did you find a discount coupon in your email? You can use it once to order products from our e-shop.

Just enter the code in the "I have a discount code" field in the cart.

> The discount coupon cannot be used on products on sale, i.e. it does not apply to products in the Promotional Offer category  and to some additionally selected products.

> Discount coupons cannot be added together. 

> Each discount coupon can be used once and only for one order. 

> The discount coupon will not be applied in full in the following cases:

1. The client is in the " Loyalty Discount " program regardless of whether he currently has a loyalty discount resulting from this program or not. In total, he will be granted a discount of a maximum of 9%. If the discount coupon has a higher value, the difference is forfeited.

     > If the client is interested in using the full amount of the discount coupon and is in the " Loyalty Discount " program, he must place an order without logging into his user account, i.e. send the order as an unregistered customer or from a user account where he is not in the " Loyalty Discount " program. In this way, the full amount of the discount coupon will be applied, but at the same time the order will not be added to the " Loyalty Discount " program for the relevant client. 

2. The client is in the " Permanent 5% discount " program. A total discount of a maximum of 5% will be applied to him. If the discount coupon has a higher value, the difference is forfeited.

     > If the client is interested in using the full amount of the discount coupon and is in the " Permanent 5% discount " program, he must place an order without logging into his user account, i.e. send the order as an unregistered customer or from a user account where he is not in the " Permanent 5% discount " program. In this way, the full amount of the discount coupon will be applied. 

> a discount coupon cannot be applied retroactively to an order that has already been paid for or shipped. 

 >  The client can find out what discount they are currently using or whether they are in any of the above discount programs from their user profile "My discounts". 

- The discount coupon sent on June 7, 2024 can be applied if the purchase value in the cart exceeds CZK 1,000 .
