Loyalty discount
Everyone who has purchased a club card or downloaded a virtual club card of a Dr. Staněk Club member to their mobile phone and is registered on the website www.guareta.cz automatically participates in the loyalty system called "Loyalty discount" and can thus receive a discount with respect to the value of orders placed on the e-shop www.guareta.cz .
A 3% discount is given to a client whose total value of orders placed on websites operated by Dr. Staněk during the last six months has exceeded CZK 5,000.
A 6% discount is given to a client whose total value of orders placed on websites operated by Dr. Staněk has exceeded CZK 10,000 in the last six months.
A 9% discount is given to a client whose total value of orders placed on websites operated by Dr. Staněk has exceeded CZK 15,000 in the last six months.
The discount obtained is not permanent, but depends on the total volume of orders over the last 6 months.
Only orders placed through the online store www.guareta.cz are included in the discount .
For orders placed in a way other than through the e-shop, the discount cannot be applied and orders are not included in the total values of closed orders to obtain a rank.
Orders are added up only after the club card is registered.
Orders are only counted if they were sent via a user account where the club card was registered or the client sees "Loyalty discount" in their account.
The loyalty discount does not apply to products on sale, i.e. the loyalty discount will not be applied to products in the Promotional Offer category and to some selected products.
If you have a club card and wish to participate in the Loyalty System or, due to the transition to the new website, you do not see that you are receiving a Loyalty Discount, or if you are interested in becoming a member of the Dr. Staněk club and receiving a Loyalty Discount, please contact us at obchod@drstanek.cz
Orders from the original website are not transferred to the new website. However, if the customer had a Loyalty Discount, this discount was transferred to them.
After the client logs into their account, the Loyalty Discount is automatically deducted from the displayed products. This means that the client sees prices reduced by the Loyalty Discount.
The client can find out what Loyalty discount they are receiving after logging into their account in the "My discounts" section.
Permanent 5% discount
This discount is mainly intended for clients who own a club card, but mostly shop in person at Paralékárna.
This discount must be requested individually after creating a user account on the website www.guareta.cz.
