One meal replacement for weight management.

Purpose of use:  For weight control as a replacement for one or more main meals in a daily diet.

Ingredients:  Dehydrated vegetables ((carrots, potato flakes (potatoes, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, turmeric), onion, leek, spinach) (22.1%)), soy protein isolate, maltodextrin, milk protein (emulsifier: lecithins), soybean oil, chicory inulin, natural flavors, potato starch, sugar, salt, mineral complex (milk minerals, potassium chloride, magnesium oxide, ferrous fumarate, zinc oxide, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, manganese sulfate, copper sulfate), herbs and spices (parsley, garlic powder, turmeric), pea flour, vitamin complex ((vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin B 3  (niacin), vitamin E (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin B 5  (calcium D-pantothenate), B 6  (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B 2  (riboflavin), vitamin B 1  (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin B 9  (folic acid), vitamin B  (inositol), vitamin B 12  (cyanocobalamin), vitamin D  (cholecalciferol), vitamin K (phylloquinone), biotin (D-biotin)), emulsifier (soy lecithin), antioxidants (fatty acid esters with ascorbic acid and alpha-tocopherols).

Allergy information:  contains milk and milk products including lactose, soy products and gluten. May contain traces of crustaceans, eggs, fish, nuts and celery.

Preparation method:  pour the contents of the sachet onto a plate and pour 300 ml of boiling water over it. Stir the mixture well with a spoon to prevent lumps from forming. Let stand for about 3 minutes before consuming.

Recommended dosage:

1–4 sachets per day, unless otherwise recommended by a doctor. Other meals during the day must be adapted to the diet program, which should include two main low-energy meals with an emphasis on the intake of low-fat dairy and meat products, vegetables and fruit, side dishes in adequate quantities (rice, potatoes, low-egg pasta) and milled and bakery products with a higher fiber content.

1–2 sachets per day during the period of body weight adjustment, or as a dietary supplement during realimentation, increased physical activity, convalescence and when playing sports.

1 sachet per day can be recommended for long-term adherence to a low-energy diet with an energy content of 5-6 MJ.

General recommendations:

  • During a weight loss diet, we recommend drinking 1.5–2.0 liters of fluids daily in the form of water, unsweetened mineral water, or soda. Fluid intake can be partially compensated for by tea and coffee, if you tolerate them and your doctor has not forbidden them.
  • An integral part of the weight loss regimen is an appropriate increase in physical activity. Walking, cycling and swimming in a heated pool are recommended.

Notice:

  • Not intended for persons under 18 years of age.
  • The product is not suitable for children and adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women, people with more serious heart disease (short period after a heart attack, heart rhythm disorders), kidneys and liver, people with peptic ulcer disease, type I diabetics and people who have had a stroke in the last six months.
  • People suffering from bulimia and anorexia nervosa should use the product with the approval of a psychiatrist.

Patients taking oral antidiabetic drugs, diuretics and antihypertensives:
In obese diabetics who are only on a diet or pills (antidiabetic drugs), a strict low-energy diet is fully indicated. It is usually necessary to reduce the dose of antidiabetic drugs, diuretics (water pills) and blood pressure lowering drugs after consulting a doctor.
